TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment Terms & Late Fees: Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. All payments must be made in full via credit card or ACH/bank transfer. In accordance with your specifications, any balance remaining unpaid after 30 days will accrue a late fee of 1.5% per month on the total outstanding balance until paid in full.

Commercial Usage License: All photographs and digital assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of the photographer. Upon receipt of full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered images for commercial marketing, digital advertising, company websites, and corporate social media. This license strictly excludes the resale, third-party sub-licensing, or syndication of images without prior written authorization.

Deliverables & RAW Policy: Final edited, high-resolution digital images will be delivered via a private online download gallery within the agreed project timeline. Under no circumstances will unedited or RAW files be delivered, as they represent incomplete work.

Post-Production Adjustments: The client is entitled to one round of minor color or cropping revisions within 7 business days of gallery delivery. Any major structural edits, extensive retouching requests, or revisions requested after this period will be billed at the photographer's current hourly rate.

Limitation of Liability: In the unlikely event of digital file corruption, equipment malfunction, illness, or other force majeure events preventing the completion of the project, the photographer's maximum liability is strictly limited to a full refund of all monies paid by the client for this specific invoice.
